Let’s begin your child’s education journey at Parkwood!

If you are a new student, please follow the instructions below. If you are a returning student re-enrolling for the upcoming academic year, you’ll need to log into your Gradelink account with your school-provided credentials.


Admissions Process

  • Create a Gradelink account

    To begin the application process, please click on the “Create a Gradelink account” above. Then, you will be instructed to create a login with your email and user-generated password.

  • Start the application for enrollment

    With your Gradelink account, you can access the student application. You may save the application and return at a later time/date. Follow the prompts and provide the required documents:

    For Pre-school students:

    • Immunization records
    • Department of Health School Physical

    For Pre-Kindergarten students:

    • Immunization records
    • Department of Health School Physical
    • VPK Certificate of Eligibility (from Florida ELC)

    For Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School students:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization records
    • Department of Health School Physical

    *Parkwood administration will request student records directly from the student’s previous school(s). 

    • Financial Assistance Available!

      Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK)– Rising Pre-kindergarteners who will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2024 will need to apply for the VPK Certificate of Eligibility. Visit www.elcduval.org and register today. Once you receive the Certificate of Eligibility, you will need to attach it to the application in Gradelink. If you have already submitted your application and are awaiting the Certificate of Eligibility, please forward a digital or scanned copy to weecspeed@gmail.com.

      Step Up For Students (SUFS) – Parkwood Prep accepts the Step Up For Students Scholarship for rising Kindergarteners up to 7th graders. Visit www.stepupforstudents.org to learn more.

    • Review and Submit

      Please review all fields before submitting the application. This ensures that the details of you and your child are correct in the system. You will be instructed to pay the application fee for each student application submitted.
